STUD & TRACK ROLL FORMING MACHINE

Description

The Stud & Track Roll Forming Machine from Solaris Industries Ltd. is engineered for producing high-precision metal studs and tracks used in drywall partitioning, light framing systems, modular buildings, office interiors, and prefab construction projects. These components form the backbone of modern light-gauge steel construction due to their lightweight strength, easy installation, and dimensional stability.

Designed for continuous high-speed production, the machine integrates an automatic decoiler, leveling unit, precision roll forming stations, servo-controlled punching (optional), and a hydraulic cutting system. All forming rollers are CNC-machined from high-grade tool steel and hardened for long service life, ensuring perfectly shaped studs and tracks with smooth edges and consistent profiles.

Our Stud & Track line supports a wide variety of profile sizes, including 48 mm, 70 mm, 90 mm, and custom dimensions based on international drywall standards. The machine can process steel thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 0.8 mm, making it suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial framing applications.

The PLC-based automation system allows operators to set length, batch count, and production speed with ease. Optional die-punching performs service holes, wiring slots, knockouts, and ventilation openings during production. With speeds up to 40 meters per minute, this line is ideal for high-volume manufacturing.

Applications include wall partitions, ceiling frames, modular room construction, prefab housing panels, and lightweight steel framing systems.
