Description
The Rack & Storage Shelving Roll Forming Machine offered by Solaris Industries Ltd. is designed to manufacture a range of profiles used in industrial storage racks, warehouse shelving systems, supermarket racks, logistics centers, and heavy-duty pallet racking structures. These profiles need high precision, excellent load-bearing capability, and perfectly aligned punch holes — all of which our machine delivers with superior engineering.
The machine includes an automatic decoiler, leveling unit, servo feeder, punching station, roll forming mill, and hydraulic cutting system. Since storage racking profiles require multiple holes for beam connections, bracing, and bracket mounting, our punching system is equipped with multi-tool hydraulic dies that allow inline punching of complex hole patterns.
The roll forming rollers are CNC-machined from WR-steel or D2 hardened steel to ensure durability and accuracy even under continuous high-pressure forming. The system supports steel thickness from 1.2 mm to 2.5 mm and coil widths up to 500 mm. Production speeds range from 10 to 20 meters per minute.
