The Light Steel Frame (LSF) / Prefab Structure Roll Forming Machine from Solaris Industries Ltd. is a highly advanced system for manufacturing lightweight structural framing members used in modular homes, prefab buildings, villas, cold-formed steel structures, and rapid construction systems. These profiles include studs, tracks, joists, trusses, and various custom-designed cold-formed members.

Equipped with a servo feeding system, automatic punching, high-speed roll forming stations, and flying cutting technology, the LSF machine is designed for speed, accuracy, and continuous production. It can manufacture complex framing components with multiple hole patterns, service openings, and notches in a fully automated inline process.

Our machine supports BIM-compatible production, where framing elements are manufactured based on architectural CAD files. This ensures zero errors in structural alignment and assembly. The equipment uses high-strength steel coils (G350–G550 grade), providing exceptional load-bearing capacity for prefab structures.

The forming rollers, made from hardened tool steel, ensure repeated accuracy and long operational life. The flying shear cutter allows continuous production without stopping the machine, drastically increasing output efficiency.
