C PURLIN ROLL FORMING MACHINE

Description

The C Purlin Roll Forming Machine from Solaris Industries Ltd. is built to manufacture high-strength C-sections used extensively in pre-engineered buildings (PEB), warehouses, industrial sheds, solar structures, mezzanine floors, and steel construction frameworks. These profiles require precise dimensions, high structural integrity, and a smooth finish — all achievable with our advanced roll forming technology.

Our machine integrates an automatic decoiler, precision-leveling system, servo or hydraulic feeding, roll forming stands, punching system (optional), and a hydraulic cutting unit. The complete system runs via a PLC-based automation panel for effortless control of speed, length, and batch production.

The machine is capable of producing C purlins with varying web widths, flange heights, lip sizes, and thicknesses. Additionally, our design allows automatic size changeover, enabling manufacturers to switch between different sizes without manual roller change — drastically improving productivity and reducing downtime.

Made using CNC-machined, hardened steel rollers, the machine ensures accurate profile formation without twisting, bending, or surface defects. Production speeds range from 10 to 15 meters per minute depending on thickness and punching requirements. Optional pre-punching and post-punching stations can be added for holes and slots required in PEB structures.

Applications:

  • PEB structures
  • Solar panel mounting structures
  • Canopies and steel trusses
  • Industrial and commercial building frameworks
